Prior to selling homes and commercial property with CENTURY 21 Crest, I was an Asset/property manager in commercial real estate.  This background includes accounting, financial reporting, leasing, managing various portfolios of commercial properties and professional consulting.   My client list included: Trammel Crow, Kilroy Properties, Jones Lang Wooton Northwest, Premysis/Prudential, Arden Realty and Newhall Land and Farm.  My commercial real estate background began with The Koll Company in Newport Beach and is inclusive of all areas of commercial asset management, but specializing in commercial high rise office buildings.

This knowledge assists me in providing my clients with the highest professional service available.  This includes evaluating the value of your property, marketing and listing your property.  Once an agreement to sell and/or purchase a home is signed, my services continue through the entire process in order that the close of escrow is timely and uneventful.  I follow this process with escrow, the lender, the inspections and other needed service providers.
